Less waste.
More sustainability.
That’s JagoTech.

Imagine a world where factories don’t pollute the environment, but instead cleanse it. A world where every factory functions like a living ecosystem, and every end product simultaneously marks the beginning of something new.

Our sustainability promise

For us, sustainability means more than just paper. It accompanies every step of our production. With state-of-the-art technology, we are already creating a production process that operates in harmony with nature.

Circular economy and sustainability in the paper industry

In the paper industry, sustainability is a core priority.

Through the consistent implementation of a circular economy, raw materials are used multiple times, waste is reduced, and energy is used efficiently. Old papers are recycled, innovative production processes conserve water and the environment, and ensure that new paper products are created in harmony with nature. In this way, we achieve responsible, future-proof production that conserves resources and minimizes our ecological footprint.

Process water

Water is a central component of our paper production. We use it responsibly and return any unused portion to nature. To achieve this, we operate our own wastewater treatment plant and carry out continuous wastewater monitoring. This ensures that the water often flows back even cleaner than when it was extracted.

Our Recycling Approach

For us, residual materials are more than just waste – they are valuable resources. Leftovers from the textile and leather industries, which would otherwise be disposed of or used only for energy recovery, get a second life with us. Jeans scraps from the fashion industry, leather offcuts, or sanding dust from tanneries, what may be waste to many is valuable material for us. Thanks to our dry material processing, we are flexible and can specifically prepare a wide range of materials to extract our own fibers. Using this process, paper can be produced from any material containing cellulose fibers.

Closed Loop

Even our own production residues are returned to the cycle and used specifically in suitable formulations. Sustainability is considered from the very beginning of recipe development: instead of consuming large amounts of wood, we optimize the use of available resources. At the end of their life cycle, these materials are transformed into new products, keeping them in the economic cycle longer – ideally, permanently.

This is how we combine modern technology with a responsible approach to nature.

Modern Technology

Our factory is designed according to the natural cycle of energy and resources. Heat generated in one place is used elsewhere, for example to dry products or heat our production halls. These innovations are important milestones on the path to a more sustainable world. In nature, this cycle has been operating for millions of years: in every living organism, building up and breaking down occur continuously. We transfer this principle to our technology, made possible through our intensive work with paper and the use of modern equipment.
