Production Operator in a 3-Shift System (m/f/d)
Description
  • Preparing raw and auxiliary materials for production
  • Assisting with all machines in the production area, including operating equipment in stock preparation, paper machines, and finishing departments after proper training
  • Cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Ensuring prescribed quality by working according to regulations, specifications, and other guidelines
  • Packaging finished products for shipping
  • Assisting with repairs or troubleshooting
  • Minimizing waste and material losses
Qualifications
  • Preferably trained as a paper technologist or with extensive experience in production within the paper industry
  • Alternatively, training as a fitter, electrician, or other vocational training with a practical background
  • German language skills
  • Forklift license is an advantage
  • Knowledge of equipment and processes in production facilities
  • High sense of responsibility and independence
  • Computer skills (MS Office)
  • Quick learner
  • Teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
