FIBRO PRESS
The secret to high-quality PCBs
The use of FibroPress offers numerous benefits, enhancing both efficiency and sustainability in the production process. One of its outstanding features is the ability to be reused, leading to significant cost savings. Thanks to its superior fiber structure, our material ensures more uniform resin flow and improves pressure balance, resulting in higher-quality laminations. In addition, FibroPress is easy to handle, providing a user-friendly application.
Environmental friendliness also plays a key role, as JagoTech Paper press pads are recyclable and generate only 25 % of the waste compared to conventional kraft paper. All FibroPress grades can also be used in cleanroom environments, making it an ideal solution for a variety of production settings.
Another advantage is that our paper releases easily from the press plates, making the entire process more efficient.

Fiber distribution tested with pressure-sensitive film
Kraft paper
The pressure distribution in the kraft paper is less uniform, indicating a less homogeneous paper structure. This can lead to reduced performance in pressing processes.
FibroPress
This material demonstrates optimized and more uniform pressure distribution. This indicates a higher paper homogeneity, ensuring better performance during pressing processes.
The comparison shows that FibroPress provides a more uniform pressure distribution and is therefore better suited than kraft paper for applications where consistent load distribution is important.

FAQ
FibroPress is our range of high-performance press pads, specifically designed for the production of PCB laminates. PCB laminates consist of multiple layers of copper foil that are pressed at high temperatures. FibroPress is not part of the final product but supports the manufacturing process: it ensures uniform resin flow, optimized pressure balance, easy handling, and is environmentally recyclable. Many grades are also suitable for use in cleanroom environments.
- Reusable → significant cost savings
- Uniform resin flow → higher lamination quality
- Easy release from press plates → more efficient processes
- Environmentally friendly → only 25% waste compared to kraft paper
- Suitable for cleanrooms and various production environments
FibroPress is available in different versions, tailored for various PCB applications: multi-layer laminates, flexible PCBs, high-temperature processes, or flame-retardant applications.
FibroPress can be used for up to 10 press cycles. It is available as rolls or pre-cut rectangles. The uniform fiber distribution ensures consistent pressure and improved lamination results.
Tests with pressure-sensitive film show that FibroPress provides optimized and more uniform pressure distribution, improving performance during pressing and ensuring higher quality PCB laminates.
Yes. Standard sizes: rolls up to ≤2250 mm wide, rectangles 300–900 mm. Other dimensions are available on request.
