The apprenticeship as an Industrial Mechanic includes the mechanical maintenance of all equipment and machinery within the plant, as well as the installation of new systems. In addition, servicing and inspection of all equipment in accordance with instructions are part of the role.
You will also identify causes of malfunctions in mechanical systems, including pumps as well as hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and coordinate all necessary measures to carry out repair and maintenance work.
You will acquire the relevant technical skills during your 3.5-year apprenticeship.
