Description
  • Ensuring optimal operation of production equipment in the paper industry
  • Continuous documentation of production and machine data in accordance with company procedures
  • Maintaining product quality by working according to specifications, procedures, and defined standards
  • Cleaning and housekeeping tasks
  • Supporting repair work and troubleshooting activities
  • Minimizing waste, rejects, and material losses
Qualifications
  • Successfully completed vocational training as a Machine and Plant Operator or several years of experience operating production equipment
  • Good German language skills
  • Forklift license is an advantage
  • Knowledge of production systems and industrial processes in manufacturing environments
  • High level of responsibility and ability to work independently
  • Computer skills (MS Office)
  • Quick comprehension and strong problem-solving ability
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work in a three-shift system
