Description
  • Preparing raw materials and auxiliary materials for production
  • Operating machinery throughout the production area, including equipment in stock preparation, paper manufacturing, and finishing processes following appropriate training
  • Continuous documentation of production and machine data in accordance with company procedures
  • Cleaning and housekeeping activities
  • Ensuring product quality by working according to specifications, procedures, and other requirements
  • Packaging finished products for shipment
  • Assisting with repairs and troubleshooting activities
  • Minimizing waste, rejects, and material losses
Qualifications
  • Successfully completed vocational training as a Paper Technologist or several years of experience in paper manufacturing production, or a comparable qualification
  • Good German language skills
  • Forklift license
  • Knowledge of production equipment and manufacturing processes
  • High level of responsibility and ability to work independently
  • Computer skills (MS Office)
  • Quick comprehension and willingness to learn
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work in a three-shift system
