On our paper machine, we produce cotton papers, calender roll papers, press pad papers, and many other specialty grades. Our traditional Fourdrinier machine has a working width of 230 cm and allows the production of basis weights from 73 to 2,500 g/m² – from lightweight papers to highly compacted specialty products.

We process textile scraps, leather remnants, felts, and other materials in our own facility.
This produces high-quality raw materials that go straight into our paper production, allowing us to create bespoke specialty papers. If necessary, fibers may additionally be treated in our ball refiner for optimal preparation.

With this process, we can give a second life to materials that would otherwise be wasted, creating new opportunities for both creative and technical applications.

Our pilot machine allows for small-scale experiments and the creation of new paper types, with a working width of:

• 35 cm, batches of
• 40–60 kg can be produced,
• with basis weights similar to those on the full-scale paper machine (100–2,500 g/m²).

The high precision of our equipment ensures approximately 80 % reproducibility, making it possible to reliably scale up results from pilot to full production.

Our machinery in the finishing department ensures precise processing and refinement of our papers, from large-format sheets to small rolls.

• Cross-Cutter: For large-format paper (300 – 4000 mm)
• Sheet Cutter: For small-format paper and octagons (300 – 900 mm)
• Rewinder: For handling large rolls (<= 2250 mm)
• Roll Cutter: For creating small-format rolls
• Mixer & Twister: Changes the fiber orientation, e.g., for calender roll papers.
• Punching Press: Designed to punch round sheets and donut shapes (500–850 mm).
• Coating and Printing Machine (130 cm roll width): For coating and printing, equipped with an offset printing unit.
• Laminating Machine (130 cm roll width): For combining two materials through lamination.
• Offline Calender (heated, 130 cm roll width): For post-production densification of material.

This allows us to produce customized end products that are perfectly tailored to our customers’ requirements.
